A 2,400-square-foot Manhattan condominium taken to bare concrete and rebuilt as a contemporary, neutral envelope for a serious art collection.
Full apartment gut renovation. Open-plan living and dining, primary suite with curbless wet room, chef’s kitchen with quartzite island, two secondary baths, powder room, laundry, and full closet build-outs.
High-rise condo with strict freight elevator windows, sound-attenuated assembly requirements, and a building requirement that all materials enter through the loading dock between 8am and 11am. The board package alone took three months to assemble.
We staged materials at our warehouse and ran a daily 8am freight delivery. Sound-attenuated subfloor assembly installed before any finish work. A single project manager coordinated freight, trades, and inspections — the building never received a single noise complaint.
Rift-cut white oak millwork, quartzite slab counters, book-matched dolomite walls, Brizo brushed-gold plumbing, integrated Sub-Zero / Wolf appliance package.
